Lansingburgh school teams up with Special Olympics New York

LANSINGBURGH – Special Olympics New York and Turnpike Elementary in Lansingburgh are teaming up for a special event.

Students in second grade and 25 students from the school’s special education classrooms played soccer, basketball, bowling and more.
The school’s principal is thanking the school community for coming together for this event.

All of the students who participated received a ribbon from the Troy Police Department.
