Longtime Saratoga Springs Assistant Police Chief retires

SARATOGA SPRINGS – A longtime member of the Saratoga Springs Police Department called it a career on Friday.
Hundreds of police officers and firefighters gathered to honor the career of Assistant Chief John Catone, who signed off for the final time.
He spent nearly 35 years on the job, rising through the ranks from police officer to assistant chief.
