Man accused of trying to lure teen boy in Albany County for sex

Police say a man was caught in Albany County trying to lure a 15-year-old boy for sex.
Police arrested 49-year-old Rodney Lucia.
The Albany County Sheriff says Lucia tried to lure the boy in the town of Bethlehem.
He was arraigned, and sent to the county jail.
