Man charged in 2019 Warren County death wants indictment thrown out

The man charged with murder in the death of a Warren County boat builder wants his indictment thrown out.

Skyler Crouse is accused of crashing into Joseph Turcotte’s truck while being chased by police.

NewsChannel 13 has obtained just-submitted court documents in which Crouse’s attorney blames the spike strips police used for causing the crash.

Crouse’s attorney argues those strips punctured one or more of Crouse’s tires, and made him lose control of his truck.
