Man shot by Albany cop in January arraigned from hospital bed

The man who was shot by an Albany police officer last month was arraigned from his hospital bed Friday morning.
Jordan Young was recorded on police body camera video charging at the officer with a knife, back on January 24.
He’s charged with felony menacing and illegal weapons possession.
Last week, the Albany Police Community Review Board voted in favor of an independent investigation into the shooting.
