Man shot in the back in Albany

Albany police are looking for the person who shot a man early Thursday morning in the city.
The shooting happened after 1 a.m. Officers were called to the 400 block of First Street. That’s where they found a 38-year-old man shot in the back.
The man was taken to Albany Medical Center. There is no word on his condition.
Police don’t have any suspects. Anyone with information should call police at 518-462-8039.
