CLIFTON PARK – The Marine Corps Reserves launched this year’s Toys for Tots drive in Clifton Park on Tuesday. It may seem early, but they’ve got their work cut out for them as they come off one of their toughest years ever.

"Last year, the team pulled out a miracle," said Sgt. Vinny Roman, the Capital Region Toys for Tots coordinator. "We had no vans, we had no toys, we started off fresh."

One of the challenges they had was no donation boxes in Dunkin’ stores. This year, they’re back. More than 100 locations are participating.

Dunkin’ also kicked things off with a check for $25,000.

If you don’t know what age group to buy for, hear which ages seem to get less toys by watching the video of Jerry Gretzinger’s story.
