BALLSTON SPA – A protest against masks at Ballston Spa High School continued Friday, but with something missing: the students.
Some students did not go to school Friday, as part of this protest.

As NewsChannel 13 reported Thursday night, more than 75 students were sent to the library at the high school when they arrived with no mask on, and refused to wear one.

Kameron Cox is a junior who took part in that protest.

He says even though he and dozens of others remained in the library all day on Thursday, they were still marked absent. The school superintendent confirms that to NewsChannel 13. So some of those same students decided to stay home on Friday.
