Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey has filed a complaint against a company that sold hand sanitizer to schools during the pandemic.

The School Health Corporation based in Illinois claimed its product kills the COVID-19 virus and creates a protective barrier against it that would last several hours.

Healey says those claims are false and the company misled school districts into buying more than $100,000 of its product called "Theraworx Protect."
