Mechanicville woman accused of falsely reporting fire

A Mechanicville woman is facing a felony charge after police say she falsely reported an emergency.
Police arrested 44-year-old Gena Corrigan on Tuesday.
They say she called 911 last week and said her home was on fire.
When firefighters arrived at the scene, they quickly determined there was no fire.
Corrigan was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in court at a later date.
