Mini-pig caught after escaping from Latham Christmas pageant

LATHAM – The search has come to an end in Latham for an escaped mini pig.

Boots escaped from the Christmas Pageant at Calvary Latham United Methodist Church on Sunday.

He was spotted Monday morning near the church, but managed to get away.

Colonie police and animal control joined the search and Boots was found late Monday afternoon – but it wasn’t over yet.
