Minimum wage in Capital Region rising to $13.20

One million New Yorkers who are paid the minimum wage will get a raise starting Friday.
It goes up to $13.20 an hour here in Upstate New York.
People who work in New York City, Westchester County and Long Island will make $15 an hour.
Eventually, the plan is to set the minimum wage at $15 an hour all across the state.
