Missing 2-year-old child found in Montgomery County

A 2-year-old child has been found after going missing Thursday morning in Montgomery County.
The boy, Caleb Kaufmann, was found in the town of Root around 3:30 p.m., with his 4-month-old golden retriever, Layla. Both were far from their home.
Investigators say a member of the general public found Caleb while volunteering to help with the search.
Caleb was checked out by EMS and returned to his family.
