Multiple house fire in Albany is under investigation

ALBANY – The Red Cross is helping 23 people after a fire in Albany.

It happened Saturday Afternoon on Orange Street.

The Red Cross is helping 15 adults and eight children, ranging in age from 7 to 13.

Investigators say an "electrical event" started the fire.

The homes are a total loss and were torn down Sunday morning.

Two firefighters were treated for minor injuries.
