Nearly 20 people displaced in Montgomery County motel fire

PALATINE BRIDGE – Nearly 20 people in Montgomery County are without a place to live after a fire.
The fire broke out Monday at the Budget Inn on Grand Street in Palatine Bridge.
The Red Cross is now helping 18 people who were living there.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
