New affordable housing development completed in Saratoga Springs

Saratoga Springs is celebrating the completion of a new affordable housing development.
Promenade Apartments is a $20 million development located on South Federal Street. It offers 63 affordable homes, including 10 apartments reserved for homeless veterans.
This project is part of Gov. Cuomo’s $20 billion, five-year affordable housing plan.
