New Albany restaurant opens for business

ALBANY – There’s a new restaurant open for business in downtown Albany. Belt Line 3 formally opened Wednesday afternoon.
It’s owned by mother-daughter team Marisa Teller and Angela Carkner, both founding members of Roux Restaurant in Slingerlands.
Carkner says the restaurant tries to use local farms for their ingredients.
The restaurant is located at 340 Hamilton St.
