New farm-to-table restaurant opens in Glens Falls

Glens Falls has a growing and thriving restaurant scene, and it just added a new place.

The ribbon was cut on Mint recently, a farm-to-table restaurant located at 80 Warren Street, not far from Cool Insuring Arena.

Their philosophy is: good food, good friends, and good drinks, means life is good.

They source as much as possible from local businesses, artisans and use products that are fresh and in season.

They work with 50 or so local farms and businesses, with a mission of being community oriented and locally-sourced, without sacrificing quality.

They feature gluten-free and vegetarian menu items, as well as high-quality pastured grass meats, and wild caught seafood.

Mint also whips up specialty cocktails and handcrafted homemade elixirs with seasonal ingredients and infused liquors.

Mint is open Tuesday through Sunday.
