New York state reaches new record lows again in COVID pandemic

New York State has reached two new good milestones in the COVID pandemic.
Gov. Cuomo said Wednesday the statewide daily positivity rate is 0.37%, and the 7-day average is 0.48%, both new record lows.
There are 777 people in the hospital, a decrease of 19 people.
Sadly, another 11 people died.
The 7-day positivity rate in the Capital Region dropped from 0.57% on Monday to 0.49% on Tuesday.
The 7-day positivity rate in the Mohawk Valley dropped from 0.69% on Monday to 0.64% on Tuesday.
