New Yorkers wager nearly $2 billion on mobile sports betting so far

In the 30 days mobile sports betting has been up and running in New York state, New Yorkers have wagered nearly $2 billion.
Gov. Hochul made that announcement on Monday. That’s more than any other state has ever reported.
It also means $70 million in revenue will go towards education, youth sports programs, property tax relief, and problem gambling prevention, treatment and recovery services.
