Lilly Phillips just completed her first academic semester at UAlbany. Through switching roles from a post player to starting point guard, Phillips has grown under pressure and been a staple for the team.

After nine games, Phillips is averaging just under 6 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists per game, contributing everywhere on the court. Head Coach Colleen Mullen is thankful for Phillips’ willingness apply new skills quickly to her game. UAlbany hosts Central Connecticut State on Tuesday before traveling to Hartford next Thursday to begin league play.
