The NewsChannel 13 family is celebrating with NewsChannel 13 photojournalist Joel Black, his wife Jiaxin, and his family Friday as they celebrate the birth of their son, Miles. Miles was born shortly before 5:00 p.m. Friday at 6 pounds, 14.4 ounces.
