Niskayuna offering Red Cross lifeguard certification course

NISKAYUNA – There is a shortage of lifeguards at beaches and pools across the country.
The town of Niskayuna is offering a Red Cross lifeguard certification course.
It runs from July 5 through July 11 11, and is open to anyone 15 years of age or older.
It will be taught by a Red Cross certified instructor, either virtually or in person.
The cost is $350 for Niskayuna residents and $375 for non-residents.
