Attorney General Letitia James is announcing a crackdown on businesses selling illegal guns or gun parts. One Capital Region business is now facing charges.

It’s one of nearly 30 gun sellers caught by her office for allegedly making, selling and advertising parts for undetectable "ghost guns."

The punishment is a $5,000 fine for every offense for businesses, and could lead to consequences if they continue sale and promotion.
