NYRA allowed to proceed against Baffert

A judge has ruled that NYRA can go ahead with the process of suspending trainer Bob Baffert.
He was suspended in May after his Kentucky Derby winning horse, Medina Spirit, failed a drug test.
Baffert won an injunction that allowed him to keep racing horses over the summer. However, a judge decided Tuesday to move ahead with the disciplinary hearing process.
