Pair arrested in Schenectady mom’s 2020 murder

Schenectady police have arrested of two men for the shooting death of a mom, shot while she was leaving a party.
Warren Cusaac, 34, from Schenectady is charged with second-degree murder.
Xzobiaire Green, 19, of Schenectady is charged with criminal possession of a loaded firearm.
Ieasha Merritt was with a group of people leaving a party on July 5, 2020, when a car pulled up and three men began shooting.
Police say she was not the intended target.
