Pair charged in North Greenbush alleged kidnapping

A man accused of kidnapping a woman at gunpoint in North Greenbush was arrested on Thursday, along with a second suspect who is a juvenile.
Police say Charles Williams knew the victim.
She got into his car, not knowing another person was in the back seat armed with a gun.
Officers say the woman was able to escape when she spotted police cars in a nearby parking lot.
The second suspect’s name is not being released, due to his age.
