Pair charged with setting car on fire in Watervliet

New York State Police have arrested two people after they say they set a car on fire.
Tremel Gibson, 28, of Clifton Park and Eileen Rickard, 24, of Green Island are facing charges including arson.
Police say back in October, they responded to a car fire on 787 in Watervliet.
They say after an investigation, they determined Gibson and Rickard intentionally set the fire after the car became disabled on the road two days earlier.
