Parts of Capital Region cleaning up after severe storms

Severe storms hit the Capital Region for a second straight day on Friday.

Saratoga County was one of the hardest hit areas for damage.

Parts of Albany County also saw intense rainfall, adding up quickly in a short period of time.

Scattered power outages were reported across the Capital Region.
