Person dies after being hit by car in Halfmoon

HALFMOON – Route 4 and 32 in Halfmoon were closed Monday due to a fatal accident.
Sheriff Mike Zurlo says 30-year-old Joseph Badger was hit by a vehicle around 7:45 Monday morning on Hudson River Road.
The 29-year-old driver is cooperating with investigators.
Investigators tell NewsChannel 13 they plan to release more information Monday afternoon.
