Plans underway to open cannabis dispensaries by end of year

The Office of Cannabis Management says we’ll be seeing legal cannabis dispensaries in New York state by the end of the year.
Chris Alexander, the OCM’s Executive Director, revealed those plans in an interview with NewsChannel 13 on Wednesday, 4/20.
Alexander’s interview was part of the agency’s "Cannabis Conversations," a public education campaign to raise awareness on cannabis.
