Police: ‘Felony Lane Gang’ likely part of East Greenbush fraud

EAST GREENBUSH – An investigation is underway in East Greenbush, after police say someone attempted to cash fraudulent checks using stolen identities. East Greenbush police believe they may be associated with the "Felony Lane Gang."
Police say they were called to the NBT Bank in the Columbia Plaza on Tuesday.
When an officer approached the vehicle, they say the woman driver attempted to run him over.
Police say the car then fled the plaza and was abandoned near East Greenbush Town Hall.
The "Felony Lane Gang" is a group of suspects that steal from unlocked vehicles.
