Police find driver in deadly Glens Falls hit-and-run

GLENS FALLS – Police say the driver in a deadly Glens Falls hit-and-run has been taken into custody.

The crash happened on Broad Street near South Western Avenue in Glens Falls around 5:45 a.m. Sunday.

The driver’s name is being withheld as authorities investigate.

Police say the victim has been identified as 71-year-old Nina Dever from Glens Falls. She was walking in the eastbound lane when she was hit.
