Police make arrest in road rage incident

NewsChannel 13 received multiple calls about a police presence and helicopters in the area of Western Avenue and Tryon Street in Albany.

State Police nearby told a crew there was a road rage incident that started in Cohoes and ended on Western Avenue. They said one person was under arrest after the incident.
