Police: Man wanted for child sex crimes in Greene County skips court appearance

State police say a Kingston man wanted for child sex crimes in Greene County didn’t show up to court.
They’re now looking for 46-year-old Luis Fernandez.
Fernandez is facing many felony charges, and was out on bail.
They say he may be trying to flee to Puerto Rico.
