Police: Missing Capital Region man found safe out of state

A man from the Rotterdam area who was missing has been found safe, out of state.
NewsChannel 13 first reported on Garrett Haverly several weeks ago.
He had last been seen in Albany, back in early November. His mother became worried and contacted Rotterdam Police.
Authorities tell us the 40-year-old was found and interviewed by law enforcement late last week, and that he’s moved out of the Capital Region.
