Police: Troy shooting victim is also suspect

Troy police now say a shooting victim is also a suspect.
Elijah Vautrin, 24, of Watervliet was shot in the area of Broadway and 3rd Streets on July 16.
Police now say he fired a gun before he was hit.
Vautrin faces several charges, including criminal weapons possession and reckless endangerment.
Police are working to find others involved.
