Police: Washington County man caught with meth

A Washington County man is facing charges, after police say he tried throwing away meth and a smoking device into the water after police went to arrest him on other charges.
NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Post-Star report Walter Rouse of Whitehall is charged with felony drug possession with intent to sell, and tampering with physical evidence.
Police say they had other active warrants out for Rouse.
