Popular Guilderland road closed for one week for repairs

GUILDERLAND – If you live in Guilderland, you may have to deal with detours for the next week.
The Albany County Department of Public Works has started roadwork on part of Johnston Road, south of Windsor Court. That area will be closed to traffic for a week.
You should use Western Avenue, Normanskill Road and State Farm Road as detours while work is being done.
