Powerball jackpot soars to $421 million

Powerball’s jackpot has climbed to at least $421 million for Monday night’s drawing.
The winner will have more than just a bit of cash for summer fun. Lottery officials said the jackpot has a $252 million cash value.
You have until 10 p.m. to buy the ticket. The drawing is at 11 p.m.
