Price Chopper/Market 32 completes merger with Tops

Price Chopper/Market 32 has officially completed its merger with Tops Markets.
The move was approved by the Federal Trade Commission on Monday.
The new parent company will be headquartered in Schenectady.
Price Chopper President Scott Grimmett will be CEO.
The two businesses will continue to be managed locally by their respective leaders.
Each store will retain its name.
