Queens man gets 25 years to life for Albany murder

A man from Queens has been sentenced for the 2020 murder of a woman in Albany.
Lee Williams has been sentenced to 25 years to life.
Williams was convicted of second-degree murder on March 10.
Police say Williams beat 62-year-old Valena Shepard to death inside her apartment at 1 Lincoln Square in January 2020.
