Red Cross helping 5 people after Troy house fire

TROY – The cause of a house fire is under investigation in Troy.
The Red Cross is now helping five people who lived there.
The fire broke out Monday morning on Sixth Avenue. Fire officials say it started on the second floor. Crews knocked it down quickly and no one was hurt.
