Report: Joe Percoco released from federal prison

Joseph Percoco, a one time top aide to former Gov. Andrew Cuomo, has been released from federal prison.

The Times Union reports the 52-year-old is no longer a resident of Otisville Correctional Facility in Orange County.

Percoco was serving a six-year sentence, after being convicted in 2018, on charges he accepted over $300,000 in bribes.
