Rhode Island kids make quick decision to share Halloween candy

WESTERLY, R.I. – As the Halloween season wraps up, the kindness of kids in Rhode Island who had been trick or treating will stick around for a while.
The gesture was caught on camera by a resident.
Fifth grade friends Jackson Panciera, Jack Binger and Andrew Kitchen got all the candy they could in the Robin Hills area of Westerly.
One of those homes, was Kristen Wells’, who wasn’t there
However, by the time the kids showed up, six bags of candy put in an empty bowl were gone.
Wells looked at security camera footage to see what had happened.
One by one, the kids each added some of their own stash to the bowl.
They did it so kids who came after them would leave with something.
