Saratoga Co. Sheriff: Man shot in Halfmoon Tuesday night

A 28-year-old man sustained three gunshot wounds in Halfmoon Tuesday night, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. They said the man was shot on Fulham Road outside Kensington Apartments at around 11:30 p.m., where he lives.
The man told investigators he was headed back to his apartment when several men approached him. A struggle followed the confrontation and he was shot. No one else was injured in the incident.
According to the man’s account, the suspects drove away before police got there. The victim was taken to Albany Medical Center and is in stable condition.
