Saratoga County-based brokerage working to meet real estate demand

The real estate market across the Capital Region is changing.

The Greater Capital Association of Realtors says the inventory of homes for sale in Saratoga County has dropped 51% from last year.

However, people are still looking to buy and one Saratoga County based brokerage, Sterling Homes Real Estate, is working to meet demand.
