Saratoga County man accused of injuring sheriff’s deputy

A Saratoga County man is accused of injuring a sheriff’s deputy.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says 62-year-old James Daley of Malta kicked the deputy with ice spikes on his shoes while they were serving a court order.
Daley is facing assault and criminal possession of weapons charges.
Daley was arraigned in Malta Town Court, and sent to the Saratoga County Jail.
