Saratoga County man arrested for terroristic threat

Saratoga County Sheriff’s office arrest a 44-year-old Greenfield Center City man on charges of making a terroristic threat on March 11.

Michael Emmerson is accused of harassing and making threats to child protective service workers, a class D felony.

He was arraigned at the Ballston Spa Village Court and released on his own recognizance.
