The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says a company is sending suspicious text messages claiming to be selling T-shirts on behalf of the department.
If you get a message like this – reading "Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office shirt 10$ OFF ready to order now" – it’s a scam.
The department warns you not to respond to the message, and don’t provide any personal or financial information.
